What I do
Long term, families need to know what advocates know. You need to understand educational systems, parental rights, student rights, educational language, and the nuts and bolts of IEP's and 504 plans. This is exactly what I help families understand. I will work with you, come along side you, meet your child, and shape a dream for them you can share with the school team.

I effectively advocate by helping you write letters, creating statements about how your child learns, connecting you to outside resources, and including your input. I will help you speak from a place of knowledge.
